1. SPONSOR: World’s Finest Chocolate, 4801 S. Lawndale Ave., Chicago, IL 60632
2. ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible for the Free Fundraiser Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”), as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period (defined below), entrants must (i) be legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States (i.e., all states excluding Hawaii and Alaska) or the District of Columbia; (ii) have reached the age of majority in their state of residence; (iii) be active volunteers of a bona fide parent-teacher organization, parent group, booster organization, or similar organization that is recognized by, affiliated with, or regularly operates in support of a public or private elementary, middle, or secondary school in the United States and whose primary purpose is to support such school, its students, or its educational or extracurricular programs (each, a “PTO”); and (iv) have Internet access and a valid email address (collectively, “Entrants”). Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers (collectively, “Employees”), and immediate family members of and/or those living in the same household as Employees, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Winning the prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. The Sweepstakes is void outside the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia and where prohibited by law. The Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local laws.
3. Agreement to Official Rules: Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. An entrant may be disqualified in Sponsor’s sole discretion if he/she fails to comply with any term of these Official Rules.
4. Timing: The Sweepstakes starts on August 10, 2026, at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on September 18, 2026, at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer or that of its designee is the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes. Entrants are responsible for determining the appropriate beginning time in their respective time zones.
5. How to Enter: During the Sweepstakes Period, Entrants must go to https://www.worldsfinestchocolate.com/promotions/ptotoday (the “Website”) and complete the entry form (the “Entry Form”) in its entirety to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
Limit: Entry to this Sweepstakes is limited to one (1) entry per person. Additional entries will be disregarded. All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, untimely, inappropriate, or otherwise not entered in accordance with these Official Rules, all as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, are void and will not be accepted. Any entries discovered to have been submitted by the same individual using multiple accounts will be disqualified. No software-generated, robotic, programmed, script, macro or other automated online entries are permitted.
6. Winner Selection & Notification: On or about September 21, 2026, one (1) potential winner will be selected from among all entries received during the Sweepstakes Period in a random drawing under the direction of Sponsor. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated administrator, whose decisions are final. The odds of winning the Sweepstakes depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Entries must meet the criteria set forth in these Official Rules to be eligible to win. Sponsor will notify the potential winner at the email address that they provided in the Entry Form (the “Prize Notification Email”), which may specify information or documentation that the potential winner must provide to Sponsor. The potential winner must respond to the Prize Notification Email according to Sponsor’s instructions within three (3) business days . Each Entrant is responsible for monitoring his/her email inbox for communications related to this Sweepstakes. Sponsor shall have no liability for a potential winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other email settings or for potential winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
Upon the request of the Sponsor, the potential winner may be required to return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release and Acceptance Form and IRS W-9 form and other documentation as Sponsor sees fit, which may include documentation demonstrating the legitimacy of the PTO identified in the entry and the potential winner’s involvement in such PTO. Such documentation may include organizational governing documents, tax-exempt status documentation, school communications, organization websites, volunteer records, or written confirmation from a school administrator or organization officer. Sponsor shall have the sole right to determine, in its discretion, whether an entrant and organization satisfy the eligibility requirements of this Sweepstakes.
If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond to the Prize Notification Email in accordance with Sponsor’s instructions, is ineligible, fails to timely complete and return any documentation or information required by Sponsor, or otherwise fails to claim, collect, or accept delivery of the Prize, the Prize may be forfeited and an alternate potential winner may be selected, in Sponsor’s sole discretion; provided, however, that Sponsor reserves the right not to seek an alternate potential prize winner.
Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, the potential winner will be declared the official winner of the Sweepstakes.
7. Prize: The winner will receive one (1) prize consisting of fifty (50) World’s Finest Chocolate fundraiser variety packs of chocolates (the “Prize”). The Prize may consist of (a) Sponsor’s 40-count variety packs with chocolates valued at $2.00/piece, (b) Sponsor’s 16-count variety packs with chocolates valued at $5.00/piece, or (c) some combination of both. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $80 per pack; $4,000 total.
Actual retail value may vary and Sponsor will not award the difference between the ARV and actual value. Prizes are non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash. No prize substitutions allowed, except that Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All prize details not specified herein shall be determined solely by Sponsor. By accepting a prize, each winner acknowledges compliance with these Official Rules. Actual prize may differ from promotional images. All federal, state, or other tax liabilities arising from the acceptance of a prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
By accepting the Prize, the winner agrees to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and any terms, conditions, or requirements provided by Sponsor when utilizing the Prize to conduct a fundraiser, and to refrain from any conduct that may reflect poorly on Sponsor, damage Sponsor's reputation or goodwill, or bring Sponsor into public disrepute.
ALL PRIZES ARE AWARDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW (OR MAY LIMIT) DISCLAIMERS OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES, IN WHICH CASE THE FOREGOING DISCLAIMERS WILL BE ENFORCED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
8. RELEASE/LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Sweepstakes Entrants agree to release Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/sweepstakes agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and hereby waive any claim, liability, damages, or cause of action, including personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the receipt, use, or misuse of the Prize. By way of example, Entrants agree and acknowledge that the Released Parties shall not be responsible or liable for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrant, printing, typographical or other errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (4) printing, typographical, technical, computer, network or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes, the announcement of the prizes, or any Sweepstakes-related materials; (5) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen entries; or (6) any loss, injury, or damage of any kind (including to persons or property) which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in the Sweepstakes or the receipt, use or misuse of any prize (including any travel/activity related thereto).
Without limiting the preceding paragraph, you agree that under no circumstances will you be permitted to obtain awards for, and you hereby waive all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR CERTAIN DAMAGES AND THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS IN THESE RULES MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
9. Publicity & Marketing Use: Acceptance of the Prize shall constitute and signify winner's agreement and consent that Sponsor and its designees may use the winner's name, city, state, likeness, photo, and/or Prize information for promotional, advertising, marketing, or other purposes, worldwide, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, without limitation and without further payment, notification, permission or other consideration, except where prohibited by law.
10. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, in any manner and for any reason, including if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s control (including, without limitation, disease, epidemic, or pandemic) impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes or otherwise prevents the Sweepstakes from running as planned, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If terminated, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, select a winner from all non-suspect entries received prior to such event, though Sponsor will have no obligation to select a winner or award the Prize. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting (or to have acted) in violation of the Official Rules of this or any other Sweepstakes or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner and void all associated entries. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies (including attorneys’ fees) from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. All interpretations of these Official Rules and decisions by Sponsor are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.
11. Indemnification: To the maximum extent permitted by law, each entrant agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor from and against any and all claims, actions, suits or proceedings, as well as any and all losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or accruing from (i) Entrant’s violation of any law, including any entry material submitted by the entrant that infringes any intellectual property or proprietary right of any person; (ii) any misrepresentation made by Entrant or the breach of any representation or warranty made by Entrant in connection with the Sweepstakes; (iii) any non-compliance by the Entrant with these Official Rules or any other rules or guidelines provided by Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes; or (iv) any conduct of the winner in connection with its utilization of the Prize.
12. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION: YOU AGREE THAT ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, CONTROVERSIES, OR DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND SPONSOR ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SWEEPSTAKES, THESE RULES, OR THE PRIZE (“DISPUTES”) SHALL BE DECIDED BY BINDING ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS MEANS THAT NEITHER PARTY WILL HAVE, AND EACH HEREBY WAIVES, THE RIGHT TO HAVE A JUDGE OR JURY DECIDE SUCH DISPUTES, AND THAT NEITHER YOU NOR SPONSOR IS PERMITTED TO PROCEED IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE CAPACITY. OTHER RIGHTS THAT YOU AND WE WOULD OTHERWISE HAVE IN COURT WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE OR WILL BE MORE LIMITED IN ARBITRATION, INCLUDING DISCOVERY AND APPEAL RIGHTS.
In an effort to avoid the expense of formal dispute resolution, you and Sponsor agree to first attempt in good faith to resolve the Dispute through informal negotiation. Any Disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be exclusively submitted to Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services (JAMS) (www.jamsadr.com) for binding arbitration under its rules then in effect (as modified by these Rules), before one arbitrator to be mutually agreed upon by both parties (a claim submitted to JAMS for arbitration being a “Demand for Arbitration”). The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the JAMS Consumer Arbitration Minimum Standards (the “Minimum Standards”) if it is determined by JAMS or the arbitrator that the Minimum Standards are applicable to the Dispute. The Minimum Standards are available at www.jamsadr.com/consumer-minimum-standards. If you file a Demand for Arbitration that is one of fifty (50) or more similar Demands for Arbitration filed against Sponsor by parties represented by the same law firm or law firms acting in coordination (“Mass Arbitration”), the arbitration of your Dispute, and all other Disputes constituting the Mass Arbitration, shall be conducted in accordance with the JAMS Mass Arbitration Procedures and Guidelines, including the JAMS Mass Arbitration Fee Schedule (the “Mass Arbitration Procedures”). The Mass Arbitration Procedures are available at www.jamsadr.com/mass-arbitration-procedures. The arbitrator, and not any court or agency, shall have exclusive authority to resolve any dispute arising under or relating to the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, or formation of these Rules, including any claim that all or any part of these Rules is void or voidable, and you and Sponsor agree that the arbitrator shall have the exclusive power to rule on its own jurisdiction, including any objections with respect to the existence, scope, or validity of this Section 12 or the arbitrability of any Dispute or related claim or counterclaim; provided, however, that, in the event of a Mass Arbitration, any and all issues referenced in this sentence shall be resolved by a court of competent jurisdiction. The award rendered by the arbitrator, if any, may be confirmed and enforced in a court of competent jurisdiction.
These Rules and your participation in the Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Illinois, without giving effect to any conflict of laws principles that would result in the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction. Any arbitration conducted pursuant to this Section 12 shall be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C. §§ 1-16).

14. Winners List: Once the winner is confirmed, a copy of the winners list will be made available at https://www.worldsfinestchocolate.com/promotions/ptotodaywinners after October 1, 2026. The winners list will be available until April 1, 2027.
