What You’ll Do
As a Field Sales Representative, you’ll spend your day prospecting and working with schools, teams, and community groups to help them run successful chocolate fundraising programs. This is a hybrid role—you’ll live and work in your territory, building relationships, managing campaigns, and growing your book of business.
- Prospect the school building when school doors are open
- Run in-person meetings with school staff and parent volunteers
- Build fun student incentive programs
- Launch fun, motivating kickoff events
- Deliver chocolate and smiles every day
- Support groups throughout their fundraising campaigns
- Track your pipeline using tools like a CRM and route mapping

- $45,000 B️ase Salary + 5-8% Commission + $10,000 first year Bonus = uncapped earning potential
- By meeting first year minimum expectations you’ll earn over $65,000
- You can realize a six-figure income in under three years
