Can I place an order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week?
Yes, you can place an order anytime by visiting our get started page, here you can start a fundraiser by contacting a specialist, ordering directly, searching for a store location that offers our product, or visit our Amazon Store for small quantity needs.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
Once your order ships, tracking information can be found in your Order History when logged into your account online. To access your account login here, to view updates!
Do I need a rep to run a fundraiser?
Yes, and that’s a good thing. Every group is matched with a dedicated rep to make planning, selling, and closing your fundraiser easier. Running a chocolate fundraiser can be done in as little as two weeks, and we make it as straightforward as possible. But we want to make sure you're set up to maximize your profits!
Do we need to prepay?
If you're ordering from our website, you'll need upfront payment. For other orders, you’ll receive an invoice after your fundraiser wraps and only pay for what you keep; opened cases cannot be returned.
How much chocolate do I need to order?
Our products cater to groups of all sizes! For products listed for sale on this website, an 8 case minimum order is required. This can be a mix and match of multiple items to make up a total of 8 cases. The maximum for online orders is 100 cases.
Most groups order one case per participant, but your rep can help you choose what’s best based on your group size and goal. The great thing is that everyone loves candy, especially when it's World's Finest Chocolate!
How do I run a chocolate fundraiser?
Fill out the Get Started form and your rep will reach out. They’ll help you pick your product, schedule your delivery, and launch with confidence.
Is fundraising with chocolate really easier than other fundraisers?
We think it is! Unlike catalog or subscription fundraisers, chocolate fundraising works because it’s instant and irresistible.
You don't have to do a lot of convincing to get families, friends, and even a passer-by to purchase a chocolate bar!
It's also easy to carry in the case, and easy for kids of all ages to understand how to sell.
Every bar sells for a low price point ($1–$3), so supporters get a treat right away, and you get to make profit on the spot without waiting weeks for a catalog order delivery. Plus, while "dance-a-thon" type fundraisers can be fun, a chocolate fundraiser can require less organizing and can keep going for as long as you want to keep making profits!
What kinds of groups can fundraise with chocolate?
Schools, teams, clubs, and community groups all crush it with chocolate fundraising.
If your group needs money and people in your community like chocolate (spoiler: they do), you’re a fit. We work with church groups, afterschool activities like marching bands, sports leagues - you name it, we've sold chocolate there! You do not need to be a veteran fundraiser to make this work.
Why choose chocolate fundraising instead of cookie dough, candles, or catalogs?
Chocolate is instant gratification and a great unifier, especially with so many delicious flavors.
With World's Finest, you get a low price point, you can run the whole campaign within a few weeks, and there's chocolate in your customer's hands right away without a long delivery period that hurts your momentum. Every type of fundraiser can have its pros and cons, but we know it's helpful when you have a happy customer right in front of you.
We hear it over and over again: people sell more cases than they ever thought, and their neighbors ask them when it's coming back again.
What's in a $1 Variety Pack?
Each case includes 60 bars across five flavors: Milk Chocolate, Caramel, Crisp, Dark Chocolate, Almond, and Wafer. The $1 bar will no longer be offered after Fall 2025.
What's in a $2 Variety Pack?
You’ll get 30 bars per case: Milk Chocolate, Crisp, Dark Chocolate, Caramel, Almond, and Wafer.
How much profit can we make?
You can earn up to 50% profit, depending on the products! Our profit calculator can help get you an estimate, and your rep can get you a specific answer for your proposed campaign. Whether you need a $500 to pay for uniforms, $5,000 to cover a field trip, or $30,000+ for a major budget need, we have seen success with it all, again and again, for schools, churches, sports teams, academic groups, and more.
Can I customize my products?
We offer personalized case options. Your rep can help you add your school name, logo, or message. These are for larger orders in particular.
Do the bars contain allergens?
Yes. All variety packs are made in a facility that processes tree nuts, milk, soy, and wheat; we are a peanut-free facility. Check our Allergens & Ingredients FAQ for details.
Why do I have to pay sales tax on items and on shipping?

Most orders ship within 5–7 business days. Large-volume orders may take longer. Your rep will provide an estimated delivery window.

View nutritional info for World's Finest Chocolate Bars
Food allergies are a growing concern among parents in the US. This is why World’s Finest® Chocolate has products available that are free of common food allergens. Most of our products are produced in a peanut-free facility, and many items are also gluten-free. Please check the packaging on individual items to determine allergen information.

Does WFC offer products that are free from nuts and gluten?
WFC is peanut free. We recognize that food allergies are a serious concern – especially among children. It is important that we offer a large variety of product options that are free of the most common allergens.
What are WFC's efforts to ensure that products labeled free of a particular allergen do not contain trace amounts of that specified allergen?
We monitor all product ingredients and adhere to strict product labeling standards. WFC stands by 100% accuracy in our product labeling. Each product is identified and listed in compliance with the current food labeling requirements. We sample and test ingredients from our suppliers on a regular basis to ensure reliability and consistency.
What does it mean to be gluten-free?
Gluten is a protein complex found in wheat. A gluten-free diet is a diet free of any products made with wheat. By FDA standards, foods containing less than or equal to 20 ppm are considered gluten-free foods.
Who is affected by gluten allergies?
Currently, approximately 18 million Americans suffer from gluten sensitivity (either a gluten sensitivity or Celiac’s disease).
What does it really mean when we say a product is peanut-free?
We are currently a peanut-free facility, we do not produce items that contain peanuts, and we do not allow peanuts or peanut by-products to be brought into the facilities. We take the necessary precautions to ensure that we remain a peanut-free facility.
How can we be a peanut-free facility, don't we produce items with nuts?
Peanuts are not the same as tree nuts (almonds, cashews, walnuts, etc.), which grow on trees. There is no proven correlation between peanut allergens and other nut allergens.
Who is affected by peanut allergies?
An allergy to peanuts is one of the most common food allergies. A peanut allergy currently affects approximately 1 million Americans.
How will we benefit from using a peanut-free facility?
Due to health concerns and the risk of allergic reactions in children, many schools have become peanut-free zones. WFC feels it is in our best interest to do the same. Becoming a peanut-free facility and labeling our products as such will eliminate restrictions and enable more options and opportunities for our customers, providing you with a competitive advantage.
How can we get in touch for more allergen and nutritional information?
WFC employs an entire staff of food scientists to ensure that our nutritional and allergy information remains at the highest standards. However, if you have any additional questions or concerns regarding our products, please do not hesitate to get in contact with us.
